Going The Distance
As I drive to this abandoned hospital that’s about an hour and a half away from where I live. I’ve come to realize that as explorers we will go distances for a building that most people would think is way to far of a drive. It’s not uncommon for me to drive someplace that’s a few hours away every weekend. Over the past 3 years i’ve put 70,000 miles on my car doing this. Where as most normal people think driving half an hour to get someplace is just to far. We explorers think that somethings two hours away is close by, and not a bad drive. We go the distance that we have to go to do what we love and not think twice about it. Unless it’s a house that’s two hours away, then fuck that.
